Following the release of the latest world rankings today it now official that Brendan will head to Arizona later this week for the Accenture Match Play Championship which begins on Wednesday 23rd February

Brendan retained his 61st placing at the completion of week seven and as a result has finished inside the all important top 64 who are eligible to play the World Golf Championship event.

As it stands right now and before the field is finalised and players confirmed on Friday, Brendan appears as if he will play Phil Mickelson in round one.

Brendan has not played an event since the Golf Nippon Series in early December but has been putting in the hours at Royal Canberra. He will leave for Dove Mountain near Tucson on Saturday.
