Brendan has made a big move on day two of the Sega Sammy Cup in Hokkaido, adding a round of six under 66 to his opening 73 and at 5 under he now stands in a share of 12th position with just a few players still left on the golf course. 

"I didn't take advantage of the par fives but overall played well," said Brendan today referring to the fact that he birdied only one of the four par fives at the North Country Club. "I played my final nine poorly yesterday after making a good start but overall I am happy with where I am." 

Brendan is five shots behind the second round leader Katsumasa Miyamoto but only three shots out of second position.
