Brendan has finished in a share of 26th position at the Mitsui Sumitomo Visa Taiheiyo tournament in Shizuoka, a final round of 72 making little impression on the field.

After a much improved performance on and around the greens on Saturday, Brendan struggled again with his short game on Sunday and as he heads to the seaside city of Miyazaki for this week's Dunlop Phoenix event on the southern island of Kyushsu, he knows he must sharpen that aspect of his game.

Brendan is now in 9th position on this year's Japan Tour money list and is in 81st position in the World Ranking
