Brendan has finished in a share of 15th position at the Fujisankei Classic after a final round of 73 on a demanding day for scoring saw him slip two positions from his overnight 13th place.

It was a strange week for Brendan. At one stage halfway through his second round he appeared likely to miss the cut and be on his way back to Canberra for a break but a strong finish to that round followed by a third round of 67 saw him make a signficant move. 

He wasn't happy with his game for much of the week however and is looking forward to a break of one month before returning to play the Tokai Classic which starts on October 1st.

Eight consecutive pars to start his round today actually saw Brendan make progress to the point that at one stage he was  verging on the top ten. Three late bogies however saw him slip back before a birdie at the last finished the round on a positive note. 

Brendan remains in 4th position on the Japan Golf Tour money list
