Brendan has finished in a share of 4th position at the season ending Golf Nippon Series after a strong final round of 66 which included four birdies in his final five holes.

It was a great way to end a season which did not include a victory but one that saw eight top tens. Interestingly, his final round of the season matched that of his first at the season opening Token Homemate Cup in April.

Brendan earned ￥5,808,291 for his share of 4th with Tomohiro Kondo, three shots behind the winner Shigeki Maruyama.

Brendan finished the season in 12th position on the Japan Golf Tour money list with ￥66,734,816.

Brendan will now take an extended break although we will have the chance to have a chat with him about the 2009 season in the next week or so.
