Brendan is currently in 61st position in the World Rankings and as such he is eligible for one of the 64 places available in next week's Accenture Match Play Championship in Arizona. By virtue of the likely withdrawals of Ernie Els and Brett Wetterich it seems that Brendan may well be up against Justin Rose in round one although that is unlikely to be determined until the final draw is made on Monday of next week.
Brendan has returned from India with a flu like virus and will be keen to get rid of it before he heads off after a few days at home in Canberra with wife Adele and six month old Kieran.

Brendan will leave for Arizona on Saturday after his two week trip to the Middle East and India to take his place in the field for the Accenture Match Play Championship.
