Brendan has finished in 42nd place at the Mistui Sumiotomo Visa Taiheiyo tournament after a last round of 69 recovered a little of the ground he lost with Saturday's 76.

After a slow start to the final round when he bogeyed the short par four 10th, Brendan produced five more birdies before a bogey at his last hole, the 9th of the course.

Brendan is now on his way to Miyazaki on the east coast of the island of Kysushu, the southern most of the four islands that make up mainland Japan for this week's Dunlop Phoenix event.
