Brendan falters over closing stages of KBC Augusta |

Brendan has finished in a share of 15th position at the Vana H KBC Augusta event in Fukuoka but to a large extent it was a tournament that got away on him over the closing nine holes.
While it might be that winning contention was out of the question, Brendan had moved to 15 under par for the tournament through nine holes of his final round and was at that stage just four shots from the lead. Soon after came three consecutive bogeys and his chance of a good week was gone.
Still, given that it was only his second event in nearly two months, it was an encouraging return and one that will hopefully have created some momentum heading into next week's Fujisankei Classic.
