Brendan eventually lost by 3&2 but was not disgraced after falling three down early in his match.
"Given my own lack of golf of late also and that Tiger is the game's greatest of my era then, although I would have like the match to go the other way of course, I am not disappointed."said Brendan. "It took me a while to get into the match but I began to feel more and more comfortable as the round went on."
Brendan will now head back to Canberra where he will be until the Meriton Sydney Invitational on March 23rd and then the opening event of the Japan Golf Tour season in mid April.

Brendan has recovered from a slow start of his own and a fast start by Tiger Woods to provide the world number one a solid workout in the opening at the Accenture Match Play Championship.
