Brendan heads for an extended break of six weeks off the back of a good tournament at the Sun Chlorella Classic. A final round of two under par 70 has seen Brendan finish in a share of 7th position at the event in Hokkaido, earning him $A60,000 and moving him up one spot on the 2010 money list to 19th. Brendan will now not play another event until the ANA Open in Hokkaido in mid September. The tournament followed a good week last week at the Sega Sammy event where he finished in a share of 6th. "I have been generally happy with the way I have played over the last couple of weeks and although my putting has not been quite up to scratch I leave for the break feeling good about things overall," said Brendan before heading home tonight. "There is a big stretch of events in the last three months of the season and I am looking forward to getting back and focusing on those."             |
