Brendan has not played at this venue, the Hiroshima Country Club's Hachihonmatsu Course, since 2003 when he finished 22nd but such is the form he is in at present that should present no real problem.
"I was really pleased with my play last week," said Brendan from Hiroshima after his 4th placed finish at the Japan Golf Tour Championship. "My front nine on Sunday was as good as I've ever played. I got the wind wrong on ten and made bogey and that stopped the momentum but I'm still very happy with the way I played and happy with the 4th position on a course that I've had trouble with in the past."
Brendan is still considering playing next week's Nagashima Shigeo Invitational Sega Sammy Cup in Hokkaido but will make that decision later this week based on things back in Canberra. |
