Brendan made another good start to a Japan Golf Tour event when he produced rounds of 68 and 70 in the opening 36 holes at the ABC Championship and finds himself in 10th place at 6 under par and five shots behind the leaders, Hiroyuki Fujita and veteran Frankie Minoza.

Playing in an event he has won previously, Brendan has a chance in round three to move towards the lead. The shoulder injury he had earlier in the week appears now to be ok and Brendan is well placed to take advantage of his liking for the ABC Golf Club layout.
