| Brendan just sneaks into weekend field |

Brendan has just crept inside the cutline at the Canon Open after his second round of 73 left him at even par and in a share of 50th position. "I did not putt well but I feel I have not really been able to build much momentum or rythym this year," said Brendan. "It has been very much stop / start but I wouldn't have it any other way given that Adele and I have enjoyed the arrival of Curtis just so much. "I am looking forward to a strong finish to the season then hopefully being able to settle into a better pattern next year." Brendan was of course referring to the arrival of his second son Curtis who was born in July.             |
