| Brendan narrowly makes weekend |

After an opening round of even par 72, Brendan knew he would need a round of even par or better today to make the cut and when he bogeyed the first his task was made even more difficult.
The highlight of the day came at the par five 18th hole (his 9th) when an eagle had him two shots indie the likely cut but bogeys at his 10th and 12th holes once again had him on the cusp.
He was able to par in from there however and he now has the chance to make progress over the weekend.             |
Brendan has made the cut, albeit narrowly, at the Bridgestone Open after a second round of one under has him right on the score that made the cut.
