Brendan tees it up in Dubai this week in his first event in the region. "This place is unbelievable," he said referring to the lush nature of the landscaping in the region in an area where Desert normally prevails.

"I haven't really slept all that well since arriving here on Monday but am really looking forward to playing.  I have an 11.55 tee time on day one and will play with a couple of the European Tour players in David Lynn and Jose Manuel Lara."

The Dubai Desert Classic boasts a field which includes Tiger Woods and most of Europe's elite.
