| Brendan rallies then stumbles |
|
Brendan was on a roll today in the middle of round two at the Munsingwear Open KSB Cup but two late bogies took the edge what would have otherwise been a brilliant round. It was still good and his 67 has made considerable progress for Brendan.
Brendan turned in 31 and added two more birdies immmediately making it five in a row by the time he reached the 12th tee. A dropped shot at the 13th took some of the sting out of the round but he added another birdie at the par five 15th before his two late bogies.
Brendan had faltered late in his first round also, dropping four shots in his last six holes for a round of 74.
"I actually played terribly funnily today enough. I didn't know quite where it was going but the putter ran hot for a while. I went to the range after and managed to sort a couple of things out so hope I can improve over the weekend."
Brendan is at 3 under and 9 shots behind the leader, Hideto Tanihara.
