Brendan is in Nagoya this week for the first event of the 2008 Japan Golf Tour and is feeling good about being back into tournament golf.

"The weather might be a concern over the first couple of days of the tournament but personally I feel I am playing ok especially given my limited amount of golf of late but there are a few here this week in a similar situation. I actually played pretty well yesterday in a practice round with the boys and even had a hole in one at the 6th hole."

Brendan will play his opening two rounds of the season with Nobuhito Sato and Satoru Hirota as he looks to make a fast start to his year. He has an early (7.50) tee off time on day one.

Brendan has not won this event but did finish runner up to his fellow countryman Wayne Perske two years ago
