Brendan is in Gotemba, south of Tokyo for this week's Mitsui Sumitomo Visa Taiheiyo Master, an event he won last year with a dramatic long putt at the final hole.

After a warmup event last week at the Championship by Lexus, Brendan feels better prepared for this week's event at a course on which he has regularly played well. "I struggled with the course last week but with that outing behind me I am really looking forward to this week. Last week it was a course that required a right to left shot on too many occasions and I wasn't really prepared to change things too much to accomodate that." 

I had a Callaway corporate day on Monday and am planning on a quiet day today before the pro am tomorrow then the tournament. 

Last year Brendan was tied with Toru Taniguchi playing the final hole but his dramatic eagle from off the left edge of the green  saw him the winner by one over Taniguchi and by three over Adam Scott.
