Brendan will be forced to return to the Warwick Hills Golf Club on Saturday morning to complete his second round at the Buick Open.

The weather delay on day one has impacted on the tournament to the extent that as many as a third of the field willl be required to complete their second rounds on Saturday.

At one under par through ten holes of round two after an opening round of 74, Brendan is three shots behind where he needs to be if he is to have any chance of making the cut and so faces a big task on his return tomorrow.

Brendan made a great start to his round when he birdied his first hole (the 10th hole of the course) but then bogeyed the 14th after missing the fairway right and then missing the green with his pitch from short range.

He birdied the par five 16th after a nice pitch to four feet but then bogeyed the 17th after finding the front trap with his tee shot at the par three. A birdie at his 9th was followed by a missed opportunity at his tenth hole of the day the par five and so it will be at the 11th hole of his round where he will return tomorrow.
