Brendan plays one of his favourite events this week when he tees it up in the Tsuruya Open at the Yamanohara Golf Club to the north and west of Osaka.

Brendan owns an amazing record in this event having won it on three consecutive occasions in his last five starts, finished 4th last year and in 2003 finished 6th. Last year when finishing 4th Brendan stormed home picking up five shots in his last four holes.

After a good solid week at last week's season opening event in Nagoya, Brendan is looking to continue his great record on a golf course where he clearly enjoys a comfort zone.

Brendan has an afternoon tee time on day one.
