Still in the hunt for a place at the weekend through ten holes today, things began to disintergrate with a series of bogies and double bogies over the closing holes and although there was a flash of brilliance with an eagle at his 17th hole, the dye was already cast.
Provided Brendan has pulled up ok and has no concerns re his recent back injury he will play in next week's Valero Texas Open.             |
After such an encouraging start to his return to the PGA Tour yesterday, Brendan has struggled over the final few holes of his second round of the 84 Lumber Classic in Pennsylvania and will miss the cut.
