Today, in his second practice round since arriving in Minneapolis on Sunday night, he played with his fellow World Cup team member, Richard Green, Nathan Green and New Zealander David Smail as he continued to get familiar with the lengthy layout. "It is a brute really," said Brendan referring to an already long golf course playing to its full length because of the soft conditions."
"The fairways are quite wide so it is quite generous from the tees, but there is a lot of poa in the greens and they will likely get bumpy in the afternoons. I haven't putted on poa in quite some time so it is a bit of an adjustment. The course is in great condition overall however."
"I did not play all that well today but that is probably a result of being tired with the trip."
Brendan has a late tee time on day one when he will play with Steve Marino and Soren Kjeldsen.

'Tired' was how Brendan described his feelings after his practice round at Hazeltine National in preparation for this week's USPGA Championship.
