Brendan has been caught on the wrong side of the draw on the opening two days of the Japan PGA Championship in Hokkaido but he is still well placed at the completion of 36 holes.
After the opening round had been washed out on Thursday Brendan made a solid start to the event with an opening round of three under 67 yesterday and today, despite having to play in the cold and wet, he managed an even par round to kep him within four shots of the lead held by Yuta Ikeda.
"It turned out to be fine this afternoon but that is the way it goes sometimes,"said Brendan, who finished today's round around 12.00.
Importantly Brendan is only one shot out of second position and currently shares 4th position.
36 holes will be played tomorrow to determine the winner of one of the Japan Golf Tour's majors. |
