| Chalk and cheese for Brendan |
|
Brendan has recovered from the horrors of round three at the Open Championship at Royal Birkdale to finish with a round of 71 and a share of 70th place.
Two late bogies, more especially the one at the par five 17th, did not do justice to a round that had been particularly impressive by Brendan, but as he leaves for the USA and the World Golf Championship Bridgestone event in Ohio in two weeks time, he has his game in much better shape than was the case 24 hours earlier.
Brendan went one under for the day when he birdied the first of the two par fives, the 15th, but the dropped shots would see him finish over par.
Brendan will spend this week In Dallas before heading up to Akron. |
