Brendan has recovered from a slow start to the Sega Sammy Cup in Hokkaido with a second round of 4 under 68 to be at 3 under for the event and in a share of 23rd position. There are still several players to complete round two but Brendan's position is unlikely to alter much at all.

In much improved weather on day two, Brendan put together 4 birdies and no bogeys and although nine shots behind the leader Tetsuji Hiratsuka it was an improved effort on his recent golf. In yesterday's opening round in cool and damp weather Brendan was round in 73. Today however in significantly better weather conditions he was much more impressive.
