Brendan has improved from his opening round of 72 at the Bridegstone Open, puting together a second round of 69 and moving to 24th on the leaderboard.

A poor stretch in the middle of his opening round cost him any of the momentum he was begining to build at that time but he recovered with a stong back nine before a much better round today has him at 3 under. Although seven shots from the lead, Brendan has put himself into a position where he can move in to contention with a good round on Saturday
