Brendan plays the Japan Golf Tour Championship Citibank Cup Shishido Hills event just north and east of Tokyo this week feeling pretty good about the way his game is taking shape. "I am looking forward to a good week this week, said Brendan on Tuesday evening. "This is a golf course I enjoy and have played well at in the past and so hopefully that continues this week."

Brendan has played this event on six of the seven occasions it has been played at the demanding Akira Hatsuwa designed Nishi course at the Shishido Hills Country Club in Ibaraki Prefecture, finshing 4th in 2007 and runner up to Hidemasa Hoshino in 2008.

Brendan will play this week before returning home to Canberra where he will take a two week break before his next event, the Gateway to the Open Mizuno Open near Osaka, where a top four finish would give him a start at the Open Championship at St Andrews.
