With wife Adele expecting their first child, Brendan is contemplating this being his last event until after the baby arrives but he may yet play next week's Woodone Championship in Hiroshima.
Brendan has a relatively early tee time on day one when he will tee it up at 9.03am with Azuma Yano and Hirofume Miyase.

Brendan is in Ibaraki Prefecture north east of Tokyo this week for the UBS Japan Golf Tour Championship Shishido Hills, an event he has played four times previously without a lot of success but he is playing well at present and is looking forward to a good week which may be his last for some time.
