After round one of the Tsuruya open was washed away by heavy rain on Thursday the event got underway today in cool but fine conditions on day two but for Brendan it has not been a great start. "There was a bit of a mixture today," said Brendan this evening. Some good some bad."
Brendan started well enough in the event he has won on three previous occasions and in fact through eight holes was three under for the round. He made the turn at 3 under but dropped shots on the way home to finish with even par 71 to be in a share of 58th position.
Brendan will have the advantage of what will hopefully be good morning conditions on day two, a 7.40am start sure to involve a very early rise at his hotel.
