Struggle to build momentum for Brendan |

Brendan has struggled to build any momentum in this week's Mynavi ABC Championship, seemingly able to take one step forward then two steps back.
Brendan started the tournament well with early birdies yesterday but he would no sooner make progress than a hiccup would come his way. It was the same today as, after an early birdie, he produced three bogeys in quick succession and in the end was forced to knuckle down over the closing few holes in order to be around for the weekend.
"I just can't seem to get any rythym going at present," said Brendan tonight. "It is very frustrating and seems to have been the pattern for the last few months.
