"Funnily enough I didn't think I had played all that badly but I had a horror couple of days on greens that were not in the best of shape, said Brendan as he investigated late travel alterations to get back to Canberra. "To cap it all off I broke my seven iron at the last hole today when I knew I needed birdie to make the cut at the par five. I was close to a tree and got caught on the follow through and it snapped."
Brendan will now take three weeks off before returning to the Japan Open starting on October 11th in Kanagawa prefecture south of Tokyo. |
